Class offerings:

  • Reformer classes use a piece of equipment called a reformer, designed by Joseph Pilates. These classes use the reformer to improve overall strength, flexibility, balance and coordination while also developing core stability and body awareness.
  • Tower classes combine springs and mat designed to strengthen and align the body. The use of a specialized vertical frame using springs and attachments will put you through a variety of exercises to target the whole body.  
  • Wunda classes use the Pilates Wunda as a versatile piece of equipment to work your way through a full-body workout including elements of balance, strength and control. Intermediate Pilates experience is required.
  • Mat classes are designed to be accessible for a range of individuals and require minimal equipment. These classes rely on bodyweight resistance and controlled movements.
  • Mixed Equipment classes elevate your Pilates practice through the integration of various Pilates equipment including the reformer, tower and chair to deliver well-rounded and challenging workouts.

  • Duets/semi-privates are the perfect way to experience the whole Pilates system while sharing the cost with a friend or partner.

  • Private sessions are designed for individual goals and needs. These sessions are required for beginners and people with injuries or limitations and recommended for anyone desiring more individualized attention.
  • Semi-private sessions are two students and one instructor. These sessions focus on overall strength and endurance using mat and apparatus work.

Class offerings:

  • Levels 1-3 work utilize the reformer, mat, and chair to offer well rounded classes targeting strength and flexibility from the whole body. Each level is suited for varying experiences and abilities.
  • Cardio/Sculpt is an energetic and fun class targeting the cardio system and uses a jumpboard on the reformer. Offering low impact on the knees and ankles, this class is a great way to get your heart rate high and enjoy familiar Pilates exercises.
  • PHIIT214 is a low impact HIIT workout to help you reach your health and fitness goals. Utilizing the reformer, mat, weights and TRX suspension trainer, you will work yourself through a series of circuit exercises for a high energy workout.
